Hello,
I'm looking for some career help. My niece near Portland,Maine, is interested in restaurant hygiene. Specifically, she would be interested in working as an investigator and eventually consulting with restaurants in how they can do a better job with hygiene, as well as restaurant management. Could you suggest a place where we could get career information? She has worked for a number of restaurants and really enjoyed the health and safety training she got. What kind of further education would she need beyond high school?
